Overview
The BF-6910 is a split-type touchscreen controller that pairs an AC220V mainboard with a separate DC12V touchscreen panel, so the display can be mounted on the cold room door or a control panel while the mainboard sits near the refrigeration wiring. It provides temperature control from −50°C to 100°C at 0.1°C, and the split layout suits distributed installations where the operator interface and the power wiring need to be in different places.
Functionally it carries the complete refrigeration feature set — compressor control with start-up delay protection, periodic defrost, evaporator-fan management and alarms — operated from the touchscreen. The BF-6911 variant adds 1–100A current detection to protect the compressor, making the split-type controller a flexible fit for cold storage and industrial temperature control where panel layout is constrained.
Key functions
Split-type flexibility
An AC220V mainboard with a separate DC12V touchscreen lets you mount the display and the power wiring independently — ideal for distributed cold storage panels.
Touchscreen temperature control
Set and monitor temperature control, defrost and fan parameters from a clear 193×133 mm touchscreen panel.
Full defrost & fan control
Periodic defrost with dual time/temperature stop plus fan management keep the evaporator clear and cold room temperature even.
Current detection (BF-6911)
The BF-6911 variant adds 1–100A current detection to protect the compressor in continuous refrigeration duty.
Where it's used
Distributed panel installations
When the display must sit on the cold room door and the mainboard near the refrigeration wiring, the split-type BF-6910 separates the two cleanly.
Cold storage & refrigeration
The controller manages compressor, defrost and fan for steady cold storage temperature control, operated from the touchscreen.
Industrial temperature control
Flexible mounting makes the BF-6910 easy to integrate into industrial control panels with limited front-panel space.
Installation & use
Mount the touchscreen panel in a 187×126 mm cut-out and place the AC220V mainboard near the refrigeration wiring, linking the DC12V screen. Position the temperature sensor where it reflects product temperature and keep signal wiring clear of power lines.
Fit the defrost sensor on the evaporator return pipe with waterproofing so defrost ends on time, and add an independent temperature alarm on critical cold storage as a second line of protection.
Frequently asked questions
- Why choose a split-type controller?
- The separate DC12V touchscreen and AC220V mainboard let you mount the display and the power wiring in different locations — useful for cold room doors and distributed panels.
- What temperature range does it control?
- −50°C to 100°C at 0.1°C resolution, with full defrost and fan control for refrigeration and cold storage.
- Does the BF-6911 add current detection?
- Yes. The BF-6911 variant includes 1–100A current detection to protect the compressor; the BF-6910 covers temperature, defrost and fan control.
